Delivery and Return Policy

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

For Magazine subscriptions, if you order the magazine part way through the year you will receive the back numbers with the latest edition, in a single packet. Subsequent issues will be posted on 17th of respective month.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses supported by the Indian Postal Service. Any shipments outside of those supported by the Indian Postal Service are not available at this time.

If you change the address on a subscription, it will only take effect from the month following the change. Additional shipping costs will be assessed accordingly.

3. Delivery Time

We only offer the lowerst cost delivery method that the Indian Postal Service offers for shipments to your address. Such methods usually do not offer ability to track shipments and hence we don't make any guarantees as to delivery time.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on weekends.

Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Address Format

The address you provide us must meet all requirements specified by the Indian Postal Service. We are not responsible for incorrest addresses or incorrect address formatting as deemed by the Indian Poster Service which may result in delays or non-delivery.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax may be charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

6. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at shipping@ultindia.org.

8. Refunds

We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

For Magazine subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at anytime and we will refund the prorated amount of unfulfilled subscriptions calculated from the month following the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Any charges we incur due to refund processing will be withheld from the refund amount.
